Returns & Exchanges

At Sud Express, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return them for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with their original tags attached back into the original packaging or a sturdy mailing box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
